Are the lawyers in your firm trial lawyers?
Yes.  The firm’s founders were former prosecutors with ample trial experience.  Each associate is selected based on their experience and overall courtroom demeanor.  Our firm prides itself on providing quality legal representation and using our collective courtroom experience to help succeed in the litigation.

Could your firm handle any case?
Most lawyers concentrate on certain areas of the law.  Although there are areas of the law that we do not practice, you should consult us whenever the potential of litigation or incarceration occurs.

Do you handle cases outside Miami Dade County?
The firm handles cases throughout the United States and has been involved in Arbitration in foreign countries.

How much will my criminal case cost to defend?
Unfortunately, our fees cannot be determined simply by the charge alleged by the police.  Our office would have to review the arrest affidavit and determine the number of witnesses, defenses and the number of hours that are needed to provide a quality defense.

Do I have to pay an hourly fee if I have had an accident?
No.  Our office charges nothing unless we can recover money on your behalf.  Our office will cover any costs associated with the litigation.
